This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist in client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product introductions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions that address client needs
• Gather, organize, and disseminate promotions from providers to clients
• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Deliver regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
• Keep an eye on the iGaming market and advise clients on pertinent opportunities
• Swiftly and effectively resolve client issues to uphold service excellence
• Attend industry events and client meetings as needed.
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (experience in the iGaming industry is essential)
• Proven history of developing client relationships and contributing to account growth
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project management tools is advantageous
• A proactive, adaptable, and professional work approach
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
