This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts starting from day one, encompassing onboarding, activation, and ongoing success.
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews that link Appear's data to each client's commercial results.
• Discover opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
• Proactively manage renewals.
• Serve as the customer's voice within the organization.
• Utilize AI effectively for account research, preparation for QBRs, renewal forecasting, and follow-up activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable engaging in commercial discussions.
• Skilled at asking pertinent questions during client meetings.
• Sincerely interested in AI and its impact on search.
• Organized and proactive: you systematically manage your portfolio.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages is advantageous for our client base.
• Background in SEO, content marketing, or digital agency experience is a plus.
• Experience managing accounts in sectors such as legal, healthcare, financial services, or professional services.
• Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar for account tracking and renewal management.
• Experience as an early hire in customer success or account management, with an understanding of building the function while managing it.
