This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead presentations before and after sales, and organize regular client meetings to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and services.

• Propel revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning for designated clients.

• Manage and monitor client communications utilizing the CRM system.

• Supervise client proposals, renewals, and implementations, guaranteeing timely and effective execution in collaboration with internal teams.

• Create and sustain Strategic Account Plans that delineate client objectives, key initiatives, and growth opportunities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt communication, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of AMPS products and services, effectively aligning solutions with client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, enhance service delivery, and optimize processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards in all client interactions.

• Collaborate with Operations, SMEs, and other departments to fulfill client needs and strengthen relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing both internal and external relationships; knowledge of healthcare plan administration.

• Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with robust presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.

• Capability to manage multiple client accounts, operate under pressure, and consistently provide outstanding customer service.

• A plus if you possess… a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.

• Experience with self-funded healthcare.
