• Lead both pre-sale and post-sale presentations while organizing regular meetings with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and services.
• Propel revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning for assigned clients.
• Oversee and monitor client communications utilizing the CRM system.
• Manage client proposals, renewals, and implementations, ensuring timely and effective execution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Create and uphold Strategic Account Plans that detail client goals, key initiatives, and potential growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring prompt communication, issue resolution, and overall client satisfaction.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of AMPS products and services, effectively aligning solutions with client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client issues, enhance service delivery, and optimize processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards during all client interactions.
• Collaborate with Operations, SMEs, and various departments to fulfill client requirements and strengthen relationships.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing both internal and external relationships, with knowledge of healthcare plan administration.
• Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or a similar field.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, function under pressure, and consistently provide exemplary customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus.
• Experience in self-funded healthcare is advantageous.
