This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver effective strategic and tactical sales leadership to enhance and sustain current business.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while increasing the profitability of existing operations.
• Explore new business avenues within the current portfolio.
• Oversee strategic growth initiatives for assigned accounts and formulate actionable plans.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
• Recognize key decision-makers and influencers beyond the purchasing department.
• Keep business plans and customer strategies current using designated Amcor Tools.
• Work collaboratively with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Track and evaluate business performance against targets for both volume and margin.
• Develop the strategic and marketing direction for the business.
• Encourage and actively promote the use of salesforce.com, PMDB, ANPos, and other components of ValuePlus.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B setting, showcasing strong sales capabilities and a drive to sell.
• Relevant experience in the sales sector, particularly within the fresh food industry, preferably in meat or dairy.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and enhancing profitability.
• Excellent project and process management abilities.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills with the ability to execute effectively.
• Solid analytical skills for monitoring business metrics (data analysis, pricing, margin management, KPIs) using various tools.
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and a good understanding of matrix organizations.
• Quick adaptability to navigate complex structures and matrix organizations.
• Flexibility to respond to changing industry dynamics and adjust efforts accordingly.
