This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Deliver effective strategic and tactical sales guidance along with communication strategies to expand and maintain current business while exploring new opportunities, enhancing the profitability of existing operations, and creating new business avenues.
• Concentrate on the growth and retention of designated accounts by increasing share of wallet and developing and executing a comprehensive long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to formulate account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Negotiate and communicate proficiently both internally and externally across all organizational levels.
• Oversee strategic growth plans for the assigned accounts and devise actionable plans.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify influential decision-makers beyond the purchasing department (total enterprise) and create a relationship map to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
• Regularly update business plans and customer strategies utilizing the designated Amcor Tools.
• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to guarantee the execution of account strategies.
• Track business performance against targets—both volume and margin—and coordinate corrective measures for sales programs as needed to meet target commitments.
• Establish the strategic and marketing orientation for the business on both short- and long-term horizons.
• Degree in Sales, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment with a strong aptitude for sales and a drive to succeed.
• Relevant industry experience in sales, particularly in the fresh food sector (preferably meat or dairy).
• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Exceptional project and process management abilities.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in French is an added advantage.
• Capability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Strong customer focus and results orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, along with the ability to execute tasks effectively.
• Proficient in business analysis (data interpretation, pricing, margin management, KPI) using various tools.
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and understand a matrix organization.
• Quick adaptability to complex structures and matrix organizations.
• Ability to swiftly adjust to evolving industry dynamics and redirect efforts accordingly.
• Comprehension of brand customers and the factors driving their growth.
