This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Creating innovative solutions that engage our customers and propel our business forward.
• Serving as the main point of contact for designated clients, guaranteeing outstanding service and support.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of client goals, challenges, and industry developments to deliver customized solutions.
• Establishing enduring, trust-based partnerships that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recognizing and managing contract expirations while preparing and presenting SVS solutions proactively to retail relationships.
• Tracking and analyzing client program performance, sales trends, and redemption metrics.
• Compiling and presenting detailed reports and dashboards during routine client meetings.
• Offering strategic recommendations to improve gift card program performance.
• Spotting opportunities to upsell additional services, features, or distribution channels to boost client results.
• Working in conjunction with internal sales and product teams to suggest relevant solutions that create revenue for both clients and the organization.
• Formulating account growth strategies that enhance the usage and adoption of gift card programs.
• Addressing issues swiftly while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to client needs.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and programs as necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, ideally within the gift card, B2B (including reward and recognition and employee benefits), or loyalty sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to interpret data and offer actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding client accounts.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to balance strategic thought with everyday client support.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in collaboration and teamwork.
• Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
