Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Preparation and presentation of comprehensive mail plans along with quarterly reviews for current accounts.

• Develop and present fresh test recommendations.

• Overall oversight and retention of client accounts.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity in partner relationships with clients.

• Strong comprehension of co-op database models and audience development.

• Negotiate with List Managers to secure targeted deals for clients.

• Provide support and resolve issues for the order production team.

• Act as a liaison with VPs, SVPs, and other departmental managers.

• Maintain an understanding of all departmental functions to offer assistance as needed.

• Attend trade shows, new business presentations, and client reviews upon request.

• Engage in the development of new business presentations.

• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.

• Proactively resolve problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of combined nonprofit experience, either on the client or service side.

• Proven experience in constructing mail plans.

• Experience with Digital Co-Targeting.

• Familiarity with Nextmark.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Capability in researching and analyzing statistical data.

• Ability to perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Flexibility and responsiveness to handle multiple urgent requests.

• Proficient in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Quick learner with minimal instruction.

• Experience in mailing, co-op databases, or agency work is preferred.

• Knowledge of supervisory techniques for instruction, motivation, and training of personnel.
