This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Plays a vital role in cultivating and overseeing relationships with major clients within the ICX-Reseller portfolio.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with managers and key decision-makers in these large accounts.
• Broaden business relationships beyond IT and Procurement, reaching into the C-Suite.
• Propel revenue growth by pinpointing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Accountable for driving Net ARR from assigned customers for various Digital Media solutions.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline weekly, offering precise and timely updates to management regarding progress and forecasts.
• Investigate customer contracts and purchasing histories in Adobe's diverse customer management systems and external platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc., to identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Sell across multiple organizational levels, conducting outbound prospecting to existing customers to uncover new business relationships.
• Engage customers daily through Teams/Video calls to conduct thorough account reviews.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans that align with clients' business goals.
• Over 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in selling SAAS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading a matrixed organization to market SAAS solutions and the capacity to influence multiple stakeholders within the customer environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with individuals at any level within a customer organization.
• Proven ability to use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Must possess skills that clearly illustrate the capability to manage accounts and sell solutions effectively.
• A strong inclination towards technology and the ability to steer customer conversations towards value-selling rather than merely pitching product features.
• Competent in independently delivering basic product demonstrations to customers.
