This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities by thoroughly understanding each customer's objectives and requirements.
• Develop persuasive cases for product extensions or enhancements, driving adoption and revenue growth within your accounts.
• Successfully renew customer contracts and consistently achieve or surpass expansion revenue targets.
• Maintain high-touch, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Addigy's solutions remain essential to their success.
• Serve as a customer advocate within Addigy, working collaboratively across departments to align resources that support growth initiatives.
• Establish long-term, trust-based relationships that continually reinforce Addigy's value proposition.
• Create targeted account plans with clear actions and timelines for growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify high-potential accounts and customize engagement strategies that maximize lifetime value.
• Set a structured cadence of check-ins and strategic reviews to foster engagement, expansion, and retention.
• Regularly demonstrate Addigy's impact through QBRs and routine calls, maintaining a consistent focus on measurable outcomes.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively manage risks to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to enhance research, personalization, and workflow efficiency.
• Proven experience in account management or customer success with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Experience in selling to or managing existing customers where MSPs were the target audience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain influential, trust-based relationships that drive revenue growth and retention.
• Proficient in developing account strategies informed by customer data, employing a systematic approach to expand accounts and secure renewals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset towards identifying challenges and facilitating solutions.
• Familiarity with Apple device management, MDM, RMM, or endpoint security solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce (including QtC), Gainsight, or similar CS/CRM tools.
• Comfort in utilizing AI tools (Claude or similar) in everyday workflows.
• Travel: Once per quarter for team meetings, tradeshows, and customer visits.
• AI-forward team – Addigy actively promotes the use of AI tools in daily workflows.
