This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the main point of contact for insurer clients, overseeing relationships, contract negotiations, invoicing, and future development strategies.
• Facilitate the implementation and rollout of client technology solutions, which includes participating in project meetings and collaborating with internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that progress, risks, and opportunities are effectively monitored.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a relationship-oriented or client-facing position.
• Proven track record in developing long-term client relationships, managing contract negotiations, and assessing client needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, a CIP designation or have French language proficiency, showcasing a dedication to professional growth and client interaction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada, with candidates ideally located in the Greater Toronto Area.
