This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the commercial lifecycle for enterprise accounts valued in the 8-figure range, responsible for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Develop and sustain deep relationships across various stakeholder levels within Operations, Security, and Engineering departments.
• Recognize whitespace opportunities within current accounts, utilizing extensive subject-matter expertise to enhance the value provided to our clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert Alice’s intricate model-hardening and red-teaming results into understandable business outcomes and ROI for non-technical executives.
• Serve as the "voice of the customer" to shape solution design and implementation.
• Over 7 years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Sales, overseeing 8-figure accounts.
• Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, or substantial experience with highly technical products (AI, Cyber, or Infrastructure).
• Startup Experience: You excel in unstructured environments and possess a builder mindset.
• Knowledge of malware, cyber risks, mobile security, or AI Safety is a considerable advantage.
