This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the commercial lifecycle for 8-figure enterprise accounts, responsible for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships across various stakeholder levels within Operations, Security, and Engineering teams.
β’ Recognize whitespace opportunities within current accounts, utilizing in-depth subject-matter expertise to enhance the value provided to our clients.
β’ Collaborate with technical teams to convert Aliceβs intricate model-hardening and red-teaming outcomes into clear business results and ROI for non-technical executives.
β’ Serve as the "voice of the customer" to shape solution design and execution.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Sales, focusing on managing 8-figure accounts.
β’ A strong background in Computer Science, Engineering, or substantial experience with highly technical products (AI, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure).
β’ Startup Experience: You excel in unstructured environments and possess a builder's mindset.
β’ Familiarity with malware, cyber risks, mobile security, or AI Safety is a considerable advantage.
