This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans that align with Ti-Mill's business goals, revenue objectives, and market expansion strategies.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including those in purchasing, supply chain, operations, and executive leadership.
• Recognize and target new business prospects within current accounts, neighboring markets, and underrepresented geographic areas.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams such as operations, quality assurance, inside sales, planning, and supply chain to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Propel commercial growth in commodity titanium products while facilitating opportunities for value-added services and unique solutions.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, market insights, customer activity reports, and opportunity pipelines.
• Deliver timely updates regarding customer developments, risks, opportunities, and corrective action strategies.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain ongoing communication through face-to-face meetings, phone interactions, and virtual platforms.
• Anticipated travel is 30-50% based on customer and business requirements.
• Assist in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and establishing long-term commercial agreements.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and customer demand signals to aid in business planning and commercial strategy.
• Represent Howmet Aerospace professionally while enhancing long-term customer partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing, metals, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in the titanium, specialty metals, or commodity metals industries is preferred.
• Strong commercial insight with a proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships successfully.
• Demonstrated negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities in dynamic and rapidly evolving market environments.
• Capability to cultivate productive business relationships that foster long-term growth and profitability.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and decision-makers in large organizations.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/business systems.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet customer and business demands.
