This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulates and implements strategic account plans that encompass sales objectives, growth targets, and strategies for executive relationships.

• Cultivates robust, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison for issues, claims, and coordinated support.

• Propels the sales of products, solutions, and services, emphasizing volume, profitability, and the creation of additional value across various business units.

• Retains comprehensive knowledge of customer requirements, competitive movements, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and responses.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing.

• Experience in Sales/Business Development with clients in the utilities and/or energy sectors.

• Strong customer relationship management skills are essential; exceptional analytical capabilities and leadership skills are required.

• Existing customer relationships are preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently as needed.

• Candidates must possess work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the United States.
