This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Assume responsibility for sales initiatives related to microscopes and microscopy products within the cantons of Aargau and the Zurich area.
• Guarantee precise and prompt reporting, along with continuous data upkeep in the CRM system (SFDC).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service.
• Formulate effective sales strategies and adapt solutions dynamically to meet the unique needs of customers.
• Recognize and actively seek new business opportunities, including potential new markets, to foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Natural Sciences, Materials Science, or a similar field (experience in microscopy is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in direct sales and business development, ideally within a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to establish and sustain relationships at various levels within customer organizations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to engage with customers and potential clients (~60–80%).
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
