This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the main liaison for healthcare organizations, ensuring excellent support and coordination for the training projects scheduled with us.
• Facilitate the initiation of course projects and serve as the primary contact for your client throughout the entire project, consistently enhancing existing procedures (time management, reporting, meetings, planning necessary internal and external resources, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to guarantee that all Project Deliverables are completed punctually and to the highest standards.
• Foster a trusted and strategically significant relationship with all stakeholders through proactive and effective communication.
• Maintain all pertinent data up to date in the CRM system.
• Identify upselling opportunities with clients and pursue them independently or in collaboration with the Key Account/Sales team.
• Offer proactive feedback and contribute to the optimization of strategic processes.
• You possess a university degree or a commercial/business qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in account management.
• You embrace a start-up mentality, eager to take ownership, enhance processes, and assist wherever necessary.
• Customer satisfaction and retention are priorities for you, and you can communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders.
• You are a dedicated team player: you achieve optimal results in a team and work closely with colleagues from Sales and Operations.
• You maintain clarity even in high-pressure situations and know how to prioritize tasks effectively.
• You are digitally adept and have experience utilizing a CRM tool. You are also comfortable with Office programs and other digital tools.
• You possess excellent German language skills (C2 level) and strong English skills (the company language is English).
