This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Review and enhance AI-generated responses and outputs pertaining to account management scenarios.
• Assess the outputs for accuracy, relevance to business requirements, and practical applicability.
• Craft realistic account management case studies, which include client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Evaluate AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development.
• Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications.
• Develop variations of scenarios from different perspectives, including client, account manager, or team lead.
• A seasoned account manager, client success professional, or business relationship specialist.
• Residing in the EU or UK.
• Possessing several years of experience in managing accounts, driving retention, or providing consulting services in a professional setting.
• Familiar with client management tools, strategies, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in identifying unrealistic assumptions or communication challenges.
• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week.
• Capable of starting in the upcoming weeks.
