This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of retention with a zero-churn mindset, acting as the trusted point of contact for assigned dealership accounts.
• Proactively anticipate customer issues, conduct thorough follow-ups, and ensure customers truly appreciate and value the solution.
• Facilitate successful pilot deployments and transition them into long-term contracts.
• Track customer satisfaction and ensure measurable performance outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities early within existing accounts.
• Lead discussions for expansion and finalize rollouts of additional dealership sites and new use cases.
• Serve as a crucial growth driver for the company through assertive yet value-focused expansion strategies.
• Manage end-to-end rollouts, including kick-off, configuration, training, and go-live processes.
• Ensure launches are quick, seamless, and repeatable.
• Collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to facilitate deployments.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product to effectively convey its value to clients.
• Convert client feedback into precise requirements for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Work cohesively with technical teams managing configurations, workflows, and prompts.
• Set and manage client expectations regarding product capabilities and customization options.
• Act as the liaison between client needs and internal technical resources.
• **Fluent Flemish speaker** with strong written and verbal communication skills (primary requirement).
• Professional working proficiency in French to assist bilingual dealership groups.
• Professional working proficiency in English for internal team communications.
• 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Operations consulting or change management, or project/program management with client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong project management capabilities: top-down thinking, clear planning, tight timelines, and cross-team coordination.
• KPI-oriented and data-driven: comfortable with tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions.
• Calm and resourceful problem-solver: able to troubleshoot independently and escalate strategically when necessary.
• Comfortable with understanding product details: willingness to learn how the AI solution operates to effectively communicate its value and manage client expectations.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
• Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites throughout Belgium.
