This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take Charge of Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring they are informed, supported, and enthusiastic about the outcomes.
• Oversee Workflow: Manage timelines, campaigns, reporting, and meetings to ensure everyone stays aligned.
• Drive Strategy: Partner with creative teams to design and implement email marketing strategies that effectively convert.
• Monitor Performance: Evaluate data, identify trends, and connect insights to inform decision-making and enhance results.
• Purposeful Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights—not mere data dumps—with clear conclusions and actionable next steps.
• Rapid Problem Solving: Whether addressing client issues or a failing ad, proactively resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
• Relevant Experience: At least 1 year in email marketing. Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus!
• Strategy-Focused: Capable of planning campaigns, flows, and segmentation that deliver results—no assumptions.
• Client-Centric: Passionate about providing value and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
• Effective Communicator: Able to convey your message clearly and swiftly—whether through Slack, email, or client calls. Proficiency in verbal and written communication in ENGLISH is essential!
• Data-Savvy: Comfortable analyzing performance dashboards to identify areas for improvement or expansion.
• Highly Organized: You are the type who color-codes your calendar and always anticipates what’s next.
• Autonomy and Ownership: Enjoy independence without micromanagement. You'll have control over your accounts and the freedom to make decisions.
• Collaborate with Innovative Brands: Work with direct-to-consumer brands that are making waves—no outdated clients stuck in the past.
