This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Meet and surpass sales targets for Hugel’s aesthetic injectables portfolio within the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory, complete with defined strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Efficiently manage the entire sales process, incorporating upselling, cross-selling, and promoting product adoption.
• Evaluate market data and trends to guide go-to-market approaches.
• Foster strong, strategic partnerships with key accounts, healthcare providers, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, monitor performance, and boost loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts that align with the company’s objectives while maximizing customer value.
• Profile and segment the territory to pinpoint growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Create detailed account plans and sustain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage routing and scheduling to enhance account coverage and customer engagement.
• Ensure timely and precise reporting of sales activities, territorial expenses, and market insights.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Trainers to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in account events, workshops, and industry networking to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; further training in healthcare or aesthetics is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of B2B medical sales experience is mandatory in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery; additional relevant certifications or training are beneficial.
• Familiarity with chain/buying group accounts and/or Contract Sales Organization (CSO) channels is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and achieving client satisfaction.
• A highly collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively across different functions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual abilities (dependent on the region) are an asset.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario, primarily to Mississauga, London, and Niagara.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all Health Canada promotional regulatory requirements.
