📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of over 30 active DSP and SSP partners: ensure daily communication, monitor account health, and proactively address performance variations.

• Evaluate essential platform metrics (fill rate, win rate, RPM, eCPM, revenue) and independently implement optimizations to foster account growth.

• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new partners: including technical setup, endpoint configuration, initial performance validation, and ramp-up assistance.

• Recognize upsell and expansion opportunities within the current partner portfolio and collaborate with the Business Development team to take action.

• Act as the primary contact for technical issues; triage, replicate, and escalate to the technical team with comprehensive documentation.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports; convert data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Track platform profitability across assigned accounts and promptly identify anomalies or risks.

• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with partners through various communication channels (email, Slack, calls).

• Keep abreast of trends in the programmatic ecosystem, updates to the OpenRTB specification, and changes in privacy regulations pertinent to partner operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within an AdTech environment.

• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: how DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges interact, and the drivers of performance on both sides.

• Practical knowledge of the OpenRTB protocol: including bid request/response structure, auction mechanics, and key objects (device, app, site, impression).

• Capability to independently analyze and interpret platform data: identify drops, spikes, and root causes without assistance.

• Experience working directly with both DSP and SSP partners.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken; most partner communications occur in English.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis purposes.

• A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing a large partner portfolio simultaneously.
