• Proactively drive the HealthSystems portfolio within the Acute Care Informatics domain.
• Strategically enhance customer relationships.
• Effectively secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and fortify customer connections in collaboration with other roles/functions, ensuring alignment with the collaboratively crafted sales strategy through regular customer engagement.
• Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities in partnership with the Key Account Manager.
• Maintain accurate representation of the sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management tool (SFDC).
• Prepare customer-centric proposals, including configurations and pricing, in collaboration with the Customer Service Specialist and other specialists when necessary.
• Present proposals and lead negotiations, either in conjunction with the Key Account Manager or independently.
• Renew and enhance existing customer relationships with the goal of establishing long-term (framework) agreements.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and reference visits.
• Continuously monitor competitors and industry developments, providing constructive feedback to the Business Unit.
• Manage order intake and sales revenue for solutions.
• Ensure data quality in SFDC and forecast accuracy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) regarding response rates and scores.
• Assess Share of Wallet (SoW).
• Achieve price realization for equipment/products and customer service.
• Demonstrated sales expertise in identifying, managing, and closing deals.
• Background in medical IT / Healthcare IT.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution-driven sales of healthcare IT.
• Strong IT skills, comprehensive understanding of hospital/clinical workflows, and a moderate grasp of the healthcare system overall.
• Competence in collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented, empathetic demeanor with a high level of self-organization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confident presence while delivering needs-based customer consultations.
• Personal responsibility for achieving (team) objectives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and strong persuasion abilities, accompanied by genuine enthusiasm for the product.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess a strong affinity for IT.
• Willingness to travel (Austria & Switzerland); ideally based in the Greater Vienna area.
