This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development of the territory and sales
• Support for clinics and hospitals in the region
• Increase in revenue, margin, and market penetration
• Independent management of the entire sales cycle (acquisition, consulting, product testing, negotiations, closing)
• Strategic market engagement and analysis of market, process, and decision-making structures
• Identification of potential and development of business plans
• Financial responsibility for the area
• Communication with procurement, nursing, and medical professionals
• Establishing long-term customer relationships and developing compelling solutions
• Initiation and implementation of projects (e.g., standardization, process optimization, product innovations)
• Liaison between customers, management, and internal teams
• Maintenance of a transparent sales pipeline in the CRM
• A degree in business or substantial sales experience
• Proven successes in demanding sales environments
• Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills
• Independent, goal-oriented, and highly driven
• Persuasive presence when dealing with clients
• Ideally, experience in the clinic or medical product sector
• Negotiation proficiency in German and good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office
