This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee your designated sales territory.
• Manage hospitals and clinics throughout Berlin & Brandenburg.
• Strategically enhance and expand your territory.
• Drive revenue growth and improve margins.
• Full sales process management – from A to Z: prospecting, consulting, product trials, price negotiations, and contract finalizations.
• Independently handle all sales processes (end-to-end).
• Conduct business planning and analyze market trends, customer demographics, and potential.
• Create a detailed business plan with specific measures and objectives.
• Establish and nurture a robust network within hospitals.
• Interact with all key decision-makers (e.g., procurement, nursing management).
• Challenge existing structures and devise new solution strategies.
• Implement projects that extend beyond the product (e.g., process optimization, standardization).
• Introduce innovative solutions and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Keep precise forecasts, pipeline, and projects updated in the CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in complex and competitive sales environments.
• Possess an analytical, organized, and strategic approach to work.
• Thrive on clear objectives and possess intrinsic motivation.
• Excellent communication skills – via phone, in-person, and during meetings.
• Ideally, experience within the medical devices or hospital sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess a good command of the English language.
