This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Accountable for enhancing and sustaining the sales pipeline
β’ Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads
β’ Cultivate and manage existing customer relationships
β’ Present products and customer solutions (both remotely and on-site)
β’ Oversee the sales process until contract finalization
β’ Collaborate closely with executive management and project teams
β’ Proven experience in IT solutions sales and project-based B2B sales
β’ Technical proficiency, knowledge of SAP, and familiarity with sales processes
β’ Open and people-oriented demeanor, strong communication abilities, and strategic thinking
β’ Practical mindset and capability to work autonomously
β’ Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal
β’ Willingness to travel approximately every six weeks for a few days to the Potsdam office
β’ Flexible working hours with the option for remote work (up to 90% home office possible)
