This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee a targeted portfolio of major clients, achieving a year-over-year growth in Net Gross Payment Revenue of 120% or more.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of 4+ Account Managers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, facilitating career advancement, and promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• Act as the main escalation point for internal teams and external clients.

• Provide outstanding customer service for your accounts and assist your team in delivering the same level of excellence.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams; conduct product training sessions and Account Manager team meetings as required.

• Create and evaluate reports on team performance, account metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a lead or managerial role in Account Management, with a proven history of meeting 100% of targets consistently year after year.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability in managing extensive account portfolios.

• Experience in leadership with a genuine passion for developing others.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus—please include them on your resume!).
