This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with Transaction Managers, Project Managers, and the Account Management team to enhance operational coordination, portfolio management, and client reporting.
• Ensure service excellence across property portfolios, with a primary focus on Germany, along with additional coverage for EMEA countries.
• Execute comprehensive transaction processes for portfolio sites, develop business cases, gather stakeholder data, and drive regional account reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Oversee capital project delivery, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, lead project planning activities, and provide insights for global Real Estate committee and CAPEX approvals.
• Manage Purchase Orders, address invoice discrepancies, monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain project financial data in collaboration with Project Managers and finance teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local market stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Lead due diligence activities, maintain meeting records and action tracking, manage compliance issues, and oversee Playbooks and governance documentation.
• Propel efficiency initiatives, assist with system and database onboarding for new team members and clients, and uphold process maps.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Real Estate.
• At least 3 years of experience, with approximately 2 years in real estate-related fields.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
• Required experience in Project Management or Transaction Management.
• Strongly recommended knowledge of the German market.
• Understanding of procurement processes and financial tracking.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with property management systems, particularly Tririga, is preferred.
