• You will coordinate Performance and Social-first campaigns and initiatives for our client dm‑drogerie markt, overseeing everything from campaign conception to production, implementation, and delivery.
• Acting as the main point of contact, you will immerse yourself in projects, showcasing a strong understanding of social media and performance expertise while providing valuable advice to our client.
• Your role includes operational project management, where you will independently prepare rebriefs, project plans, timelines, cost estimates, and proposals.
• You will confidently prepare and lead status, kick-off, and review meetings — both internally and externally — as part of your daily responsibilities.
• Delivering regular client presentations and workshops will be part of your tasks, where you will contribute actively and add value.
• You will independently plan and manage resources and budgets, executing projects reliably to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• As a member of an interdisciplinary project team (Design, Creative Concept, Content Creator, Client), your shared mission will be to successfully bring projects across the finish line.
• You will serve as the interface to external stakeholders (partner agencies, etc.) and work closely with them.
• A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
• A minimum of 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in an agency environment or a similar role.
• You possess market, client, and brand understanding, along with experience in leading Performance and Social-first projects and campaigns.
• Proven experience in organizing efficient and smart Performance and Social productions/shoots.
• A strong business acumen, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A highly structured and self-reliant approach to work.
• You are capable of maintaining oversight and managing a high volume of concurrent projects confidently.
• Openness to new technologies and AI — utilizing tools as effective support for your daily tasks rather than mere gimmicks.
• A team player with excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
• Fluent German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
