• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within current accounts.

• Monitor customer activities, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations and recommending customized solutions.
• Promote new products, services, and technologies that match customer requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in mining, aggregates, or heavy equipment sales/account management.
• Demonstrated experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets within the $5-20MM range.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend customer operations and identify potential opportunities.
• Experience with crushing, screening, or mineral processing equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Western USA mining market is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, focusing on selling value rather than price, is preferred.
