This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of significant accounts throughout the region
• Create and implement account strategies that align with the company’s overall sales goals
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead contract negotiations in accordance with Sandvik’s commercial strategy
• Identify and seek out new revenue opportunities within current accounts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, service, product) to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
• Track customer activity, market trends, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions
• Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer operations and suggesting customized solutions
• Advocate for new products, services, and technologies that meet customer requirements
• 5+ years of experience in mining, aggregates, or heavy equipment sales/account management
• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in the range of $5-20MM
• Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities
• Capability to comprehend customer operations and pinpoint opportunities
• Experience with crushing, screening, or mineral processing equipment is preferred
• Familiarity with the Western USA mining market is preferred
• Strong commercial insight, focusing on selling value rather than price, is preferred
