This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the main liaison for all client-related inquiries and requirements.
• Foster and enhance client relationships to secure enduring partnerships with corporate accounts.
• Ensure precise maintenance of enterprise records, tracking contract updates and renewals.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including technology, supply chain, sales, and marketing, to effectively execute the product and platform strategy.
• Design customized solutions for enterprise clients and guarantee smooth operational interfaces with them (e.g., unique fulfillment arrangements, special discounts, etc.).
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products and service offerings to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities with clients.
• Produce reports on account performance.
• Analyze insights derived from quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the relevance of our products in the market and pinpoint core products to boost sales.
• Review client feedback and implement necessary adjustments.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience post-undergraduation, ideally in consumer or enterprise technology, e-commerce, consulting, business management or administration, finance, marketing, or related fields.
• Outstanding negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills.

• Analytical problem solver: capable of generating and synthesizing insights from quantitative and qualitative data; able to prioritize insights and translate them into product offerings and effective solutions for customer needs.
