This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with your account management representatives to ensure they fully grasp the client's requirements and how Absorb can assist in fulfilling their objectives, ultimately enhancing net dollar retention.
• Oversee and report on essential weekly and monthly operational metrics concerning team and individual performance.
• Work together with the marketing team to pinpoint campaigns that generate qualified leads and expand the pipelines of account managers.
• Cultivate a trusted advisory relationship with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors within client accounts to uncover further sales opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier account management team.
• Lead the account management team and facilitate client communications using a variety of tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk.
• Over 3 years of experience in leading account management teams focused on SMB and Mid-Market clients.
• Proven experience managing an annual gross revenue quota exceeding $5M.
• Strong familiarity and success in negotiating deals ranging from $20,000 to $75,000.
• A hands-on leadership approach, setting an example and prioritizing team development.
• A solid understanding of how to create account plans and monitor individual performance and output against these plans.
• A demonstrated history of accurately forecasting your team's pipeline and identifying trends and patterns proactively.
• An analytical mindset, capable of translating metrics into actionable decisions and presenting data in a clear and impactful manner.
