This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You assist our Account Management team in providing structured, dependable support to clients, showing genuine appreciation.
• You prepare check-ins, status updates, and follow-ups to facilitate rapid client progress and optimal support.
• You help maintain our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring client data is current and assist in creating basic KPI summaries.
• You guide clients through their initial steps in the program, providing a clear overview of onboarding, next steps, and action items.
• You collaborate closely with Consulting, Support, and Mentoring teams to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate assistance.
• You possess initial experience in customer-facing roles such as service, sales, community management, or other communication-oriented positions.
• A basic understanding of online marketing is required.
• You are able to communicate clearly, courteously, and accurately in both written and verbal forms.
• You demonstrate strong digital proficiency and quickly adapt to new tools (CRM, Slack, Google Workspace).
• You work methodically and reliably, with a keen eye for detail — follow-ups, reminders, and deadlines are well-managed by you.
• You are inquisitive, quick to learn, and eager to develop professional account management skills.
• You take initiative, anticipate needs, and offer your own suggestions on how we can enhance client support.
