Account Management Coordinator, TPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Ensure client satisfaction: Work collaboratively across various business units to fulfill client needs, diligently following up on outstanding issues until they are resolved.

• Monitor client performance: Keep track of internal metrics to ensure that client expectations are consistently met, while also maintaining precise and updated client records.

• Resolve complex issues: Investigate problems, utilize necessary resources, and escalate matters to relevant internal experts for thorough resolution.

• Support client engagement: Engage in and facilitate client meetings as necessary, while helping to coordinate open enrollment initiatives, health fairs, and employee education sessions.

• Assist with renewals: Aid Account Managers during the contract renewal process by providing ongoing analysis and strategic insights to ensure client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or the healthcare sector.

• Preferred experience in onboarding new clients and delivering account-based services.

• Comfortable interacting with HR Directors and Executives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong collaborative skills to effectively work across various business functions.

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to establish relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
