This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure the Salesforce pipeline is well-organized and up to date.
• Work alongside the finance department to deliver accurate reporting.
• Monitor and track monthly revenue deadlines effectively.
• Assist the Accounting team with revenue recognition processes.
• Partner with teams to create responses for RFPs.
• Aid in the negotiation of contracts.
• Oversee client communication and address inquiries.
• Organize client meetings and presentations.
• Manage client access to JD Power online platforms.
• Enhance collaboration among the Sales, Product, and Solutions teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service within the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in customer service and account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficient in negotiating.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
