This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of key paid media channels and their roles within the marketing funnel, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others.
• Steering account strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing client efficiency and growth objectives.
• Crafting and implementing effective account management monitoring and optimization techniques to enhance performance in line with client targets and budgets.
• Assessing and prioritizing initiatives that will significantly influence account performance.
• Leading the development of client roadmaps, testing strategies, reports/dashboards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or financial business reviews (FBRs) to fulfill client requirements.
• Overseeing the performance of assigned client portfolios to meet performance goals while responsibly managing client budgets.
• Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring that agendas are tailored to meet client needs for status calls, including all critical and upcoming management updates.
• Effectively facilitating client calls, discussing completed projects, performance metrics, and planned initiatives along with long-term optimization strategies.
• Ensuring that all account management activities undergo a quality assurance process and are executed without errors.
• Managing the relationship between DEPT® and dedicated platform representatives (e.g., Google), collaborating with them to identify and evaluate new opportunities while adhering to platform best practices.
• Overseeing the paid media strategic roadmap for all accounts and assisting the Account Lead in coordinating initiatives with growth teams to create a cohesive client roadmap.
• Supervising at least one direct report, working closely to enhance this team member's skills while effectively advancing account initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, specifically focused on retail media networks.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• A proven history of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts, with comfort in handling topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in presenting findings and making recommendations for account optimizations to both internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various analytics platforms.
• A track record of managing full-funnel paid media campaigns that encompass awareness, consideration, and conversion-stage tactics.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, with an emphasis on mentorship and professional growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
• A capacity to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ability to design and execute strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and stimulate business growth.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fluctuating market conditions and client needs.
