• Oversee and maintain a designated portfolio of clients.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
• With minimal assistance from the Account Director and scientific team, stay informed about market trends and client strategies.
• Demonstrate strong financial knowledge, with the capability to create and manage client Statements of Work (SOWs) and budgets with limited guidance from the Account Director.
• Responsible for all client financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and precise forecasting of project revenue to internal stakeholders.
• Deliver projects of exceptional quality regarding timelines, budgets, and alignment with client strategic needs, with limited oversight from the Account Director.
• Act as the primary contact for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit strong communication skills with customers, partners, colleagues, and stakeholders during project execution to resolve issues and enhance relationships.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Decera's core competencies and deliverables, capable of conveying value to clients and identifying opportunities for expanded support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide high-quality programs and services.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in science, communications, or business.
• Prior experience in account management, preferably within a medical communications agency (typically, 4+ years of experience).
• Familiarity with managing publication deliverables, such as manuscripts, abstracts, and posters, is preferred.
