This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Integrating yourself and essential programmatic team members with our client services team to offer client-centric recommendations and programmatic leadership.
• Building and sustaining successful client relationships.
• Exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrating a self-motivated attitude and a proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Steering programmatic strategy and enhancing client performance.
• Offering feedback and strategic insight to your account teams.
• Leading, mentoring, and overseeing team members.

• Encouraging innovation and challenging the status quo.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Programmatic media, ideally with expertise in CTV/Display/Video, and some exposure to Native/Audio/OOH.
• Proficiency in programmatic trading within retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
• Fluent in various DSPs (preferably TTD & DV360) and Ad Servers.
• Proven experience in managing a team of direct reports, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members into more senior positions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and effective communication abilities.
