This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Lead the paid social strategy tailored to specific channels for intricate, multichannel accounts, utilizing extensive expertise across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and DEPT’s broader service offerings to stimulate growth throughout the funnel.
• Act as the primary paid social strategist on a daily basis for the largest and most intricate paid media accounts, ensuring alignment of tactics and optimizations with client objectives, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and expenditure levels.
• Take ownership of the paid social aspect of client roadmaps, ensuring strategic coherence with client priorities, performance targets, creative strategies, and cross-channel initiatives.
• Be accountable for managing paid social budgets, delivering performance outcomes, forecasting, and ensuring profitability, while recommending strategic adjustments as necessary to meet or surpass KPIs.
• Establish, enforce, and enhance paid social processes and best practices, ensuring consistent utilization of tools such as Asana, platform QA frameworks, and internal standards across teams.
• Develop cohesive paid social strategies; contribute to and approve paid social content for key client deliverables; and provide strategic guidance throughout deck development and presentations.
• Serve as the main escalation point for paid social within your portfolio, proactively addressing performance challenges, prioritization conflicts, and team coordination issues to guarantee timely, high-quality execution.
• Build, nurture, and lead high-performing teams by managing onboarding, facilitating effective delegation, coaching people managers, and promoting inclusive, collaborative, and impactful team environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social advertising.
• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, functioning as a strategic advisor.
• A proven history of managing and scaling successful paid social programs for enterprise-level or highly complex accounts.
• Extensive proficiency in paid social platforms and tools, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat ads, as well as analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, extract insights, and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Brand Lift Studies and achieving measurable outcomes across mid-funnel Traffic objectives.
• Background in leading, managing, and developing teams, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, performance enhancement, and career growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence clients and cross-functional internal partners.
• Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Demonstrated capability to devise and implement strategic paid social plans that align with client objectives and drive measurable business growth.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in navigating changing platforms, market conditions, and client needs.
• Although DEPT® is a remote-first company, candidates for this role must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
