• Develop and implement the comprehensive brand strategy, which encompasses channel selection, product positioning, channel mix, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketplaces to guarantee catalog accuracy and ensure consistency in product and pricing across Amazon, upholding high standards of data quality and compliance.
• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through consistent, strategic communication; effectively manage and execute the client agenda with clarity and accountability.
• Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes to achieve revenue and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with the Advertising Manager to establish and monitor ACOS/TACOS targets, ensuring advertising efficiency is in line with broader business goals.
• Deliver data-driven insights and performance updates both verbally and in writing, ensuring transparency and alignment with client objectives.
• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a brand management role, specifically with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and E-commerce marketplaces is required.
• At least 1–2 years of client-facing experience, including the ability to communicate complex performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, copywriting, and Parent/Child variations.
• Experience with Amazon is essential; familiarity with Walmart.com is an advantage!
• A solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and data utilization.
• Proven experience in building processes and reporting systems that allow your contributions to impact brands at scale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with full fluency in English.
• Capability to interpret technical data, convert findings into actionable insights, and convey them clearly to both internal teams and clients.
