This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.
• Establish and Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with airline partners to grasp their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the fintech sector.
• Product Development: Spearhead the creation and introduction of new fintech offerings for airlines, driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with the objectives and success metrics of airline partners.
• Enhance Existing Solutions: Collaborate with airlines to refine and expand current fintech products, ensuring they adapt to changing business requirements and maximize ancillary revenue potential.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical tools and data to track product performance, evaluate customer feedback, and make informed decisions to enhance product offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to provide cohesive product experiences.
• Market Intelligence: Remain informed about trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market changes and uncover new avenues for innovation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record in data-driven decision-making.
• Innovative and strategic mindset to uncover new opportunities in the fintech and travel sectors.
• Robust project management and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience in the airline industry is highly advantageous.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English. The ability to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders in the Middle East and North America is essential.
