
Account Health and Catalogue Manager, EU Marketplaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Generate new catalog entries (new ASINs, all EU marketplaces, utilizing flat files and the Add Products tool)
β’ Revise titles and listing content β including those challenging ones that Amazon rejects for changes
β’ Create, repair, and manage variation listings β establishing parent-child relationships and variation themes for each category and marketplace
β’ Aggregate reviews across variation families β executed accurately and in compliance with Amazon's variation policy
β’ Review our ASINs in relation to FBA size/pricing tiers
β’ Identify pricing discrepancies and any other anomalies before they impact our finances
β’ Restore suppressed, flagged, or deactivated listings β diagnose swiftly, resolve promptly
β’ Initiate and manage Seller Support / Seller Performance cases
β’ Proactively oversee Account Health β ensuring policy compliance, addressing IP complaints, and monitoring listing quality alerts
β’ Extensive expertise in Amazon Seller Central β you have managed accounts with intricate catalogs across various EU marketplaces
β’ Demonstrated success in catalog management β handling variations, flat files, ASIN merges, and listing reinstatements
β’ Proficient in navigating Amazon Support β you are aware of when to call, when to email, and when to escalate
β’ Experience with supplements or restricted product categories is a significant advantage
β’ Comfortable operating across EU Amazon marketplaces (DE, IT, FR, ES, SE, NL)
β’ Proactive and detail-oriented β you identify issues before they escalate
β’ Strong written communication skills β you will keep us informed on ongoing issues and articulate technical Amazon challenges clearly
β’ Proficiency in English (German is advantageous but not mandatory)
