This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate as a member of the Delivery team, working closely with Technical Leads and Portfolio Managers to formulate and implement growth strategies for designated accounts, enhancing customer value and driving business growth.
• Promote upselling, account expansions, and manage end-to-end renewals to ensure steady revenue progression.
• Create and implement mid- and long-term strategic plans for key accounts, including stakeholder mapping and expansion into new client divisions.
• Formulate account strategies and roadmaps to fortify long-lasting partnerships.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders and organize onsite visits to enhance collaborations.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with principal client stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and R&D, sharing insights on technology trends and innovations to position the company as a strategic partner.
• Monitor clients' financial situations on a monthly basis, identify potential risks to current and future revenue, and implement measures to prevent churn.
• Oversee sales forecasting, account reporting, legal contracts, and the acquisition of approvals for case studies.
• Connect various client initiatives by offering cross-project context, market intelligence, and industry-level positioning.
• Foster referrals and stakeholder introductions to organically expand the account footprint.
• A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise services, ideally within the IT or software development industry.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with developers and translate intricate technical roadmaps into business value.
• Proven history of successfully closing upsell and cross-sell deals, negotiating contracts, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Near-native proficiency in English (minimum C1) with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Established ability to transcend the role of a "delivery vendor" to become a trusted business advisor.
• Keen attention to detail in financial monitoring, reporting, and achieving KPIs.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset towards problem-solving and relationship building with clients.
