Account Executive/Manager, Japanese/Korean Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass individual sales targets to drive revenue growth on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with current clients.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, follow-ups, and timely CRM updates.

• Understand client requirements and effectively position suitable solutions that align with the company's value proposition.

• Build and sustain client relationships while developing strategic account plans.

• Drive prospecting efforts and new business development initiatives to expand the client base.

• Implement individual account mapping and planning for enhanced client engagement.

• Employ strategic, consultative selling techniques with an emphasis on solutions rather than products.

• Manage territories and prioritize accounts based on potential opportunities and impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling research or information solutions to customers outside India, specifically in the Singapore market, is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, client engagement, or business development roles.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is required.

• Strong understanding of industry dynamics and client decision-making processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for a professional business setting.

• Utilize discovery questioning, active listening, storytelling, and objection handling techniques during client interactions.

• Deliver compelling presentations and create persuasive proposals.

• Apply influencing techniques to aid negotiations and client decision-making.
