This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Ongoing acquisition of new business opportunities.
β’ As a full-cycle salesperson, you will be solely accountable for revenue growth within your designated territory.
β’ Your emphasis will be on building long-lasting, strategic partnerships with new clients.
β’ Your success will be measured by your capability to prospect, strategize, negotiate, and urgently close high-value deals.
β’ Oversee the entire sales cycle β from proactive, self-sourced prospecting and lead qualification to intricate contract negotiations and closing.
β’ A proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing volume-based sales targets is required.
β’ Develop and utilize networks with senior-level decision-makers (VP and C-Suite) and local ecosystem partners to produce valuable lead referrals and co-selling opportunities.
β’ Maintain a robust level of sales activity, including outbound calls, social selling, and strategic engagement, to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
β’ A successful background in acquiring new logos and managing prolonged sales cycles within the HR, Finance, or related enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) cloud sectors.
β’ Demonstrable success in structuring and selling relevant high-value Professional Services is essential.
β’ Proven capability to effectively navigate lengthy sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder environments while handling multiple concurrent opportunities.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities (both written and verbal) with a talent for persuasively influencing and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is crucial for collaboration within the global team and documentation purposes.
β’ Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable and may provide advantages depending on the designated territory.
β’ Willingness to meet travel requirements (15-20% annually) for regional events and important customer meetings.
