This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Engage in outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies.
• Conduct lead qualification, discovery sessions, product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalizing sales.
• Promote Valutico’s Due Diligence Suite, which includes:
• - A secure and scalable Virtual Data Room (VDR)
• - An AI-driven due diligence assistant
• - Comprehensive valuation and analytical capabilities
• Interact with senior stakeholders in:
• - Private Equity & Venture Capital
• - M&A advisory and investment banking
• - Corporate finance and development teams
• - Audit, tax advisory, and consulting firms
• Effectively communicate the intricate value of products in high-trust and high-stakes deal contexts.
• Contribute to and enhance the global go-to-market strategy for the Due Diligence product line.
• After a 3–6 month onboarding period, take responsibility for an SDR to assist with pipeline generation and scheduling meetings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software (Datasite, Ansarada, Intralinks, iDeals, Drooms, FirmRoom, SecureDocs, DealRoom, or similar).
• A pre-existing network within M&A advisory, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and the capability to navigate lengthy, structured sales processes.
• Experience in engaging senior stakeholders, such as Partners, Directors, Investment Professionals, or Corporate Development teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced international setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust in high-stakes environments.
