• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams—including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing—to achieve value-driven outcomes and meet measurable account objectives.
• Build and enhance multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term customer success and retention.
• Clearly communicate the unique value of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions in ways that align with each customer’s strategic objectives and business drivers.
• Oversee complex sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation to closure, utilizing structured deal methodologies and data-informed forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to provide seamless customer experiences and maintain the health of key enterprise relationships.
• 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• Established ability to manage large accounts, navigate long and complex sales cycles, and handle high-value transactions.
• Proven success in formulating strategic account plans and driving quantifiable business outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability in reaching objectives.
• Resilience, adaptability, and teamwork in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Operational excellence in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting.
• Executive presence with the capability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Solid understanding of persona-based and solution selling methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions to Fortune 1000 or global organizations.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other structured enterprise sales methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
