This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of current commercial accounts within the Utilities, Energy, and Logistics sectors in the Benelux region.
• Recognize and cultivate growth opportunities across various sites, business divisions, and use cases.
• Oversee the entire process of upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Establish and strengthen connections with operational leaders, maintenance teams, and key decision-makers.
• Represent Ultimo through value-driven, consultative sales discussions.
• Enhance customer adoption and ensure long-term value for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams.
• Demonstrated success in account growth, expansion, or sales within an existing customer base.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales environments.
• Strong capabilities in account planning and relationship management.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Confidence in engaging with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Methodical approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Commercial resilience, ownership, and initiative.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential.
