This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
β’ Take charge of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals for startups.
β’ Identify promising prospective users through both inbound and outbound leads.
β’ Lead and participate in team projects within the Nordics region to enhance and refine our sales strategies and processes, aimed at increasing the number of new startups joining Stripe, including collaboration with Accelerators and VC firms.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations teams to help boost our growth trajectory.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company, bank, consultancy, or venture capital firm, demonstrating a history of outstanding performance.
β’ A strong passion for technology and the startup ecosystem.
β’ Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a comfort level in basic modeling.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency in understanding diverse business models and building strong relationships with technically adept founders.
β’ Ability to comprehend complex requirements and develop tailored solutions.
